Customers in the United States: Deliveries from China to the U.S. require approx., 16 - 39 days.
Customers outside the United States: Shipping times vary by item and manufacture, and shipping destination; however, most items are received between 10 and 40 days.

When choosing to have your item shipped from China: If this is your choice, don't worry, you do not need to communicate with the manufacturer in China for returns, or refunds. Anything you buy from R&L Merchandise affords you our Customer Service in the event you are unhappy with your purchase. We may ask you to return the product to the manufacturer, at our expense, but we process your refund, so there is no waiting on any 3rd parties.
