At this time we only ship to the United States, By visitor request, R&L Merchandise is in the process of adding some countries to our list of shipping destinations. At this time they include:
Free delivery shipping on all items, with no minimum purchase.
Some return conditions may require that a customer pay for return shipping, such as:
- Customer changes their mind and no longer wants the item, but does not cancel the purchase prior to shipment.
- Customer enters incorrect delivery address, and package is undelivered. In this case the package may be returned at our expense, however if the customer reorders the same product, they must pay for shipping.
- Customer purchases an item with a warranty period that exceeds the return policy. In this case the customer will pay for shipping costs in order to receive warranty repair.
Returns under these conditions are at our expense:
- Wrong item shipped.
- Package shows obvious damage upon delivery. If this happens please do not accept the package, ask the Delivery Carrier to return the package.
- Package does not show damage, however once opened it is clear the item is broken.
- Item breaks, with normal use within the period of our return policy.
- Item received was not properly inspected by Quality Control before shipping, and is lesser quality than displayed/described in listing.
