Return policy for products with Item numbers beginning with “NN-“

Under what circumstances are returns accepted?

  • Item is received damaged.
  • Item is received defective.
  • Incorrect item is shipped.
  • Item is unwanted.

How long do I have to request a return?

  • Unwanted items: 25 days after delivery.
  • Damaged/Defective: 5 days after delivery.

How long do I have to return my purchase? Customers have 30 days from the date of purchase for the item to be received at the warehouse.

How do I initiate a return?

  • Please contact us at cs@rlmerchandise.comwith the following information.
  • Product/Item number or Order number. These things make it easier for us to process your return, but your return will still be processed without them. They just make it a little bit faster.
  • Carefully package your purchase back into the original packing materials it arrived it. This will increase the likelihood that it will arrive back at the warehouse in the shape condition as you ship it.

What are my options after the item is received back at the warehouse?

  • If you requested a refund it will be processed within 5 business days.
  • If you request an exchange, the new undamaged item will be shipped to you.

Refunds can only be credited back to the payment method used for the initial purchase.
