Return policy for products with Item numbers beginning with “BA-“

Under what circumstances are returns unconditionally accepted?

  • Item is received damaged.
  • Item is received defective.
  • Incorrect item is shipped.

Are unwanted items accepted for return?

  • Due to the fact that all Body Armor products are made-to-order, and have a 5 year industry standard wearout expectancy, returns are on a case-by-case basis and are at the discretion of the manufacturer.
  • Do not return an unwanted item unless you have received a Return Authorization Number from R&L Merchandise.

How long do I have to request a return?

  • 3 days from the date of delivery.

How long do I have to return my purchase? Your purchase must be received by the Shipping Carrier no later than the 6th day following delivery.

How do I initiate a return?

  • Within 3 days of delivery, please contact us at cs@rlmerchandise.comto request a Return Authorization Number with the following information.
  • If your purchase as shipping with one, it must be accompanied by the original sales invoice.
  • Carefully package your purchase back into the original packing materials it arrived it. This will increase the likelihood that it will arrive back at the warehouse in the shape condition as you ship it.

Return Amount:

Unwanted items – The refund amount will be the purchase price of the returned product MINUS  the three amounts below:

1.) Actual original shipping costs. 

2.) Return shipping costs.

3.) A restocking fee equal to 20% of the returned items purchase price.

Damaged/Defective upon arrival items – Full refund, including the cost of return shipping.

Refunds can only be credited back to the payment method used for the initial purchase.

Body Armor Warranty Policy

Product Quality Warranty: BulletBlocker products are warrantied against defects in workmanship for 1 year from purchase date. This includes seams and tears in cloth that are due to faulty materials and workmanship, excluding normal wear and tear and/or abuse. BulletBlocker reserves the right to determine whether product defect is in workmanship, materials, normal wear/tear or abuse. We will make every reasonable effort to make our customers happy. Any remedy is at the sole discretion of BulletBlocker and may include:

  • Replacement of the product
  • Exchange for a similar product
  • Refund of sale price
  • Whole or partial credit for future purchases
